Job Description
We are OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED, a busy restaurant, seeking a Lounge Hostess. In this role, you’ll greet guests, manage seating, and ensure a great experience. Ability to stand for long periods in a bustling environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, manage waiting lists.
- Provide menus and answer questions.
- Ensure satisfaction and address complaints.
- Handle phone reservations and menu knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
- Restaurant experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦130,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
