Job Description
We seek a dedicated Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations, supervise staff, and resolve issues quickly. You will train cooks on recipes, techniques, and equipment; design menus and plate presentations; enforce hygiene and BOH standards; handle inventory and purchase orders; and provide coverage when needed. Top candidates are creative, service-oriented, and calm under pressure. Requirements: 4 years of culinary education, 5 years in a similar role, strong HR and BOH systems knowledge, excellent communication, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month.
