Job Description

One Step Ahead seeks a Hotel Community Manager in Abuja to build and energize an on- and offline guest and partner community for our hotel and bistro. You will grow membership and loyalty programs, plan and host events and activations, coordinate partnerships with creatives and local brands, represent our brand at events, and work with social media to drive engagement and repeat visits. Requirements: minimum 2 years in community management, marketing, events, or hospitality (3 years hospitality preferred), excellent communication, organization, and digital media awareness. Full-time; reliable commute or relocation to Abuja required.
