Job Description
One Step Ahead seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in Abuja. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage front- and back-of-house teams, enforce SOPs and safety standards, control food and labor costs, handle inventory and suppliers, and resolve guest issues. Candidate must have minimum 3 years’ restaurant/hospitality management experience, strong leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to work under pressure across multiple shifts. This full-time role requires reliable commute or relocation to Abuja and proven cash handling and reporting skills.
