Job Description
Lead operations, strategy, and financial performance for One Step Ahead in Abuja; report to the Managing Director. Direct all departments for service excellence and compliance. Manage budgets and metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP); support Sales & Marketing; lead HR (recruitment, training, performance). Requirements: Master’s degree, 10+ years hotel experience with 3+ years in senior leadership; major-chain preferred. KPIs: meet financial targets, 90%+ guest satisfaction, SOP compliance, improved retention, and increased occupancy/events. Full-time; must relocate or commute to Abuja (relocation package available).
