Job Description

Oneland Africa seeks a Field Officer in Lagos (field-based/hybrid). Salary: ₦100,00–₦120,00 net monthly. Responsibilities: source and verify genuine landed properties, engage landowners and agents, negotiate terms, conduct assessments and due diligence, coordinate legal/documentation, onboard approved properties, and provide field reports and market intelligence. Requirements: proven real estate sourcing or field sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of land documentation, and ability to work independently.
