Job Description
OnePyramid Consulting Ltd is seeking a qualified HR Manager to oversee HR operations and manage outsourced employees. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, payroll, HRIS management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Handle payroll processing, taxes, pensions, and compliance.
- Provide HR advisory services to clients to ensure best practices.
- Facilitate training programs for employee growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
