Role Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Legal Counsel to join our Lagos, Nigeria office. This role involves supporting commercial and marketing teams in drafting contracts, managing legal documents, and conducting risk analysis.
Qualifications:
- Background in intellectual property, preferably in the music digital space.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal aspects of the music industry.
- Able to negotiate with senior attorneys.
- Proficiency in another language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Russian) is a plus.
