Job Description
OnIt Innovations Limited seeks a full-time Learning & Development Officer in Lagos (on-site/hybrid). You will manage training and upskilling for verified service providers via our LMS: design vocational curricula, onboard and engage trainees, run weekly live sessions and assessments, track progress and certifications, coordinate apprenticeships, and collaborate with the Service Provider Manager to close skill gaps and improve service quality. Requirements: 1–3 years in training/teaching/L&D, strong communication and organization, vocational or digital skills training preferred, and ability to manage multiple cohorts and timelines.
