Job Description
We seek an Operations Lead to drive daily operations, optimize processes, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include supervising operations staff, implementing SOPs, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and scale processes.
Qualifications: 5+ years in operations or logistics, leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with process improvement methodologies.
