Job Description
OnIt connects households and businesses with trained, verified service providers across Lagos. We are hiring a Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, field expansion, and strategic partnerships. You will design and execute B2C and B2B growth strategies, run digital and field campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, onboard B2B accounts, and coordinate with CX, Operations, and Product. Requirements: 3–5 years in marketing, growth, or business development; strong knowledge of Nigerian markets; excellent leadership and communication; target-driven with experience in online and offline acquisition. Location: Lagos (on-site/hybrid). Full-time.
