Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Fulfillment Operations Specialist to ensure accurate, timely order processing and delivery. You will coordinate with warehouse teams, carriers, and customer service to resolve exceptions, maintain inventory accuracy, and improve fulfillment workflows. Responsibilities include processing orders, monitoring KPIs (on-time delivery, accuracy), troubleshooting shipment issues, and supporting system updates (WMS/ERP). Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fulfillment or logistics, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and fulfillment software. Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset are essential.
