Bing Chun Tea is a fast-growing international tea brand focused on premium beverages and lifestyle experiences. As we expand our footprint in Nigeria, we are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our franchising and partnership growth.
Job Summary
The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving business expansion by sourcing, onboarding, and managing franchise partners, tenants, and investors. This role is key to scaling the Bing Chun Tea brand across strategic locations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and secure franchisees, partners, tenants, and investors
Drive franchise sales and expansion strategies across target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners
Lead negotiations and support franchise onboarding processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and successful store launches
Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in franchise development, business development, sales, or partnerships
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
Understanding of retail, food & beverage, or consumer brands is an advantage
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Experience working with investors or franchise models is a plus
