Job Description
Oris Consulting is seeking a dynamic Market Development Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and enhancing brand visibility across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure optimal brand coverage.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales performance metrics.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training for the sales team.
- Oversee stock management and financial reconciliation with distributors.
Qualifications:
- BSc or HND degree.
- Strong quantitative and communication skills.
- Proficient in smartphone applications.
