Job Description
OUTSOURCE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES seeks a remote, full-time Call Center Doctor to assess patient complaints, authorize tests and referrals, advise call center agents, and coordinate with nurses, labs, and hospitals under HMO guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation, follow up on cases, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols. Requirements: MBBS or equivalent, valid MDCN license, minimum 1 year clinical experience, HMO coordination experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, and proficiency with remote digital tools. Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00/month.
