Job Description
Outsource Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in providing prompt and professional support to our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will manage customer touchpoints across various channels and effectively resolve escalated complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service officers.
- Develop service standards and response protocols.
- Resolve complex customer complaints promptly.
- Recruit and train customer service staff.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- 5–7 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: N200,00 Monthly + PFA + HMO
