Job Description
Oxygen App seeks a results-driven Sales Team Lead in Enugu to lead Sales Executives, drive customer acquisition, and promote loan, credit, and financial solutions. Responsibilities: set and meet team and individual sales targets, monitor weekly/monthly performance, coach and support field teams, conduct market research, build client relationships, and report results. Requirements: OND minimum (HND/B.Sc. preferred), 2+ years sales/marketing experience; financial services and supervisory experience a plus. Must be target-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills and reside in or relocate to Enugu.
