Job Description
OXYMON SOLUTIONS LTD is hiring a Full-time Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact, handling phone, email, chat, or in-person inquiries; providing product, policy, and order information; resolving issues; and maintaining accurate records. Requirements: 1–2 years customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving, multitasking and time management, basic computer and customer-service software skills, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
