The full-time role (₦50,00–₦70,00/month) involves managing HR tasks, coordinating daily business operations, and assisting marketing activities. Success requires strong organization, clear communication, proactive follow-through, and the ability to manage people, timelines, and day-to-day execution across the business. Responsibilities include scheduling, recruitment and onboarding support, project tracking, vendor coordination, basic marketing assistance, and preparing reports. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize competing tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
