Job Description
Lead our data strategy as Business Intelligence Manager, driving analytics and reporting to support strategic decisions. You will manage a BI team, design dashboards, translate business needs into data models, and ensure data quality and governance. Responsibilities include developing KPIs, partnering with stakeholders, overseeing ETL processes, and optimizing BI tools and workflows. Requirements: 5+ years in BI, proven experience managing teams, strong SQL, data modeling, and BI platform expertise (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills required. Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and Python or R is a plus.
