Job Description
We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to handle multi-currency product inquiries, troubleshoot payment and FX issues, document solutions, and work closely with engineering and product teams. The role requires strong customer service skills, familiarity with payments and currency conversion, experience using ticketing and CRM systems, and the ability to analyze transaction logs. Key responsibilities include resolving customer cases, performing root-cause analysis, creating clear knowledge articles, and contributing to product improvements. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and flexibility across time zones are required.
