Job Description

We are hiring a Reconciliation Officer to ensure accurate matching of internal records with bank statements, vendor ledgers, and system reports. The role prevents discrepancies and supports month-end close.

Responsibilities: perform daily and monthly reconciliations, investigate variances, prepare adjustment entries, liaise with accounting, and improve reconciliation processes.

Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 1–3 years reconciliation experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
