Job Description
Lead international climate negotiations and represent our organization at UNFCC and multilateral forums. Develop negotiation strategy, coordinate cross-sector stakeholders, draft policy positions, and secure consensus on emissions pathways, finance, and adaptation measures.
Requirements: advanced degree in climate policy or related field, 8+ years of negotiation experience, deep knowledge of UNFCC processes, proven diplomatic skills, excellent English communication, and willingness to travel internationally.
