Job Description
Join PalmPay as a Field Collection Officer in Nigeria on a 12-month contract. Salary: N80,00 basic + N20,00 transport with performance-based commission. Conduct on-site visits to collect overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, verify and update records, and recover devices or collateral following company procedures. Build relationships with local police in your LGA, report field findings and suspected fraud, and collaborate with risk control and customer service to improve recovery rates. Required: prior loan collection or field recovery experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, discipline under pressure, willingness to travel within assigned areas, and proficiency in local languages with basic English.
