Job Description
Parallel Travel and Tours Limited is seeking a dedicated Reservations Ticketing Agent to join our team in Lekki. This full-time hybrid role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. You will be responsible for booking flights, managing customer inquiries, providing travel information, and processing reservations while maintaining high customer service standards.
Qualifications include excellent communication skills, proficiency in travel and tourism, sales experience, problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial. Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
