Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Culinary Assistant to support our executive chef in menu development, food preparation, inventory control, and kitchen staff coordination. This role ensures high culinary standards and smooth daily operations.
Key duties include assisting with recipe testing, supervising line cooks, managing ingredient ordering, maintaining sanitation standards, and helping with banquet or event setups.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in professional kitchens, strong organizational skills, culinary training or equivalent experience, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
