Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include setting targets, coaching reps, monitoring KPIs, developing strategies, and coordinating with marketing and operations to achieve quotas.
Qualifications: 3+ years sales experience with leadership, proven track record meeting targets, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and problem-solving skills.
