Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Front-End Web Developer to join our on-site development team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web interfaces that are functional, secure, and optimized for performance.

This role requires close collaboration with designers, project managers, and other technical team members to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.

⚠ This position is strictly on-site. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web interfaces for internal and client projects
• Convert design mockups and specifications into responsive, user-friendly web pages
• Implement interactive features using standard front-end technologies
• Optimize websites for performance, usability, accessibility, and basic SEO best practices
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across existing websites
• Support the development and maintenance of e-commerce and transaction-enabled platforms
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent functionality
• Maintain clean, well-documented code in line with internal development standards
• Meet project deadlines and deliver work that aligns with business and client requirements
• Stay up to date with evolving web technologies and industry best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in front-end web development
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working knowledge of PHP
• Experience working with content management systems, frameworks, or website builders
• Solid understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online payment integrations
• Basic understanding of back-end processes, databases, and server-side troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
