Job Description
We are seeking an organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, prepare reports, and act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal candidate has 3+ years experience supporting C-level executives, excellent written and verbal communication, discretion with confidential information, strong time management, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar systems.
