Job Description
Urgent hire for a proactive Business Development Manager based onsite in Lagos. Full-time, permanent role paying ₦200,00–₦300,00 monthly plus attractive sales commission. Require minimum 4 years proven sales/business development experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. You will source, develop and close new business, meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, conduct market research, prepare proposals, and maintain strong client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset are essential. Growth opportunities available in a dynamic environment.
