Job Description

Pearls & Curve in Ipaja, Lagos seeks a Kitchen Assistant to support our grill team preparing grilled meats, shawarma, spaghetti and sides. Full-time: Monday to Sunday (one day off), 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM. You will season and marinate meats, chop and organize ingredients, prepare basic dishes and sauces, assist with plating and packaging, maintain cleanliness, monitor stock and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
