Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Peckers Valley View Hotel. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and answer phone calls.
- Manage room reservations and check-ins/outs.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean front desk area.
