Job Description
Pem Security Services seeks a dedicated Security Supervisor in Enugu to oversee deployed guards, enforce post instructions, manage attendance and discipline, and maintain high security and service standards. You will supervise daily operations, develop and implement security policies, train and support staff, analyze incident reports, coordinate with law enforcement, and enhance safety measures. Requirements: strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, solid knowledge of security protocols, minimum 2 years’ experience (entry-level supervisory). Minimum qualification: Others.
