Job Description
Pennywise Microfinance Bank is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue generation.
You will need a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with 3–5 years of proven success in business development or sales. Strong financial knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential. Your responsibilities will include developing business strategies, networking, conducting market research, and maintaining client relationships.
We offer a full-time position with a monthly pay range of ₦300,00.00 – ₦350,00.00.
