Job Description
Join our team as a Ministry Operations Coordinator to manage daily administrative and operational tasks supporting ministry programs. You will coordinate schedules, oversee facility logistics, manage records and databases, assist budgeting and procurement, and support event planning and volunteer coordination. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with office software, and a collaborative, discreet approach to sensitive information. A background in nonprofit or faith-based operations is preferred. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
