Job Description
Petroexcel Technology Services (P) Limited is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive – HR to join our Lagos team. This full-time role involves managing HR-related data, generating reports, and ensuring effective HR processes through data analysis.
Key responsibilities include maintaining HR databases, generating reports on attendance, payroll, and recruitment, and collaborating with HR teams to streamline processes through automation.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration, with 1-3 years of experience in HR MIS. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HRMS or SAP is preferred.
