Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager – Investment to lead investment strategy, portfolio management, and deal execution. You will define investment policies, source and evaluate opportunities, oversee due diligence, financial modeling, and risk management, and drive value creation across assets. Lead a multidisciplinary team, manage investor relations, and ensure regulatory compliance. Required: 8+ years in investment management or private equity, strong financial analysis, negotiation, and leadership skills, proven track record of transactions and portfolio growth, MBA or CFA preferred. Able to communicate with stakeholders, make data-driven decisions, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
