Job Description

We are seeking a Growth Associate to support customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, optimize funnels, manage paid and organic channels, and report KPIs. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in growth, marketing, or analytics, strong Excel/SQL skills, experience with analytics tools, and a test-and-learn mindset. Excellent communication, creativity, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment are required. This role offers hands-on ownership of growth experiments and clear career progression.
