Job Description
Philban Consult, a growing and dynamic organization, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR/Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of human resource management and office administration, ensuring smooth business operations and a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain staff records, attendance, and payroll data.
- Implement HR policies and handle employee relations.
- Oversee daily administrative operations.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
Requirements: B.Sc./HND in HR Management, 2–5 years of experience, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficient.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦200,00 – ₦250,00/month
