Job Description
Philban Consulting Ltd seeks a Front Desk Officer to welcome and assist visitors, manage phone and console operations, issue visitor badges, maintain reception security and cleanliness, and document team communications. Candidates must be computer literate with OND/HND and 2–3 years’ experience as a guest service officer. Must reside in Ikeja or its environs. This full-time role pays ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month. Responsibilities include greeting visitors in person and by phone, directing guests using directories, monitoring logbooks, following security and manufacturer procedures, and supporting team continuity. Strong communication and attention to detail required.
