Job Description

Phillips Outsourcing seeks a Social Media Marketing Manager in Abuja, Nigeria, to lead digital efforts for our microfinance banking clients. You will design and execute campaigns to drive financial inclusion, manage social platforms, craft persuasive content and success stories, run targeted Meta and Google ads, analyze performance, and build online trust to acquire borrowers and savers. Required: proven digital marketing/social media experience, strong copywriting and content skills, ad optimization expertise, understanding of customer acquisition funnels, and analytical ability. Experience in financial services, microfinance, or fintech is a plus. Full-time. Pay: ₦180,00–₦350,00 per month.
