Job Description
Phillips Outsourcing seeks an ISP Supervisor to oversee daily customer drop (mainly aerial) and in-home installations. You will guide technicians on routing drop cables, ONT/router setup, and fiber signal testing; enforce GVA safety, quality, and PPE standards; verify completions with visual checks and power readings; provide on-site technical troubleshooting; ensure teams have proper tools (ladders, fusion splicer, power meter); monitor performance and report to the ISP Manager; handle client feedback and maintain connection records. Requirements: Technical Diploma in Telecom/IT/Electrical, 3+ years FTTH aerial experience, strong GPON/ONT knowledge, field supervision experience, basic reporting skills (Excel/Forms/WhatsApp), and ability to work under pressure.
