Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Administrative Officer to serve as the primary contact for staff, managing supplies, records, budgets, and employee queries. Responsibilities include preparing expense and budget reports, maintaining databases and confidential filing systems, scheduling appointments and meetings, booking travel and accommodations, handling correspondence, and supporting presentations and events. The ideal candidate has proven administrative experience, solid knowledge of office procedures, strong organization and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word). Full-time role based near Ajah. Salary: ₦120,00 per month.
