Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our expansive estate. The ideal candidate will have a solid facility management background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise estate facilities maintenance.
- Liaise with residents to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with the Facility Manager on strategies.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Manage maintenance staff and contractors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in facility management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
