Job Description
Pixels Digital Limited seeks a Client Experience Lead in Ibadan, Oyo (full-time). You will oversee the client journey from inquiry to post-delivery, ensure smooth communication across touchpoints, coordinate and manage events and studio operations, handle feedback and complaints, train front-desk staff, and collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field; minimum 2 years in customer service or client relations; excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence. Salary: ₦103,00 monthly.
