Job Description
Pixels Digital Systems Limited is seeking a dedicated Client Experience Executive/Sales Representative to manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between clients and the company, handling inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues while identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities: Develop strategies to boost customer engagement, meet outlet goals through team training, ensure high customer satisfaction, and address any arising issues.
Requirements: A B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
