Job Description
Pnt Company Ltd, an established Oil & Gas firm in Lagos, is urgently seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Secretary to support our senior management team.
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage executive-level administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Implement administrative processes for improved efficiency
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
