Job Description
As Head SME Officer, you will lead strategy and operations for small and medium enterprise lending and relationship management. Responsibilities include developing SME product offerings, managing risk and credit approval processes, coaching relationship managers, building partnerships, and driving portfolio growth. Ideal candidate has 7+ years in SME banking or commercial lending, strong credit analysis skills, leadership experience, and knowledge of regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills required. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
