Job Description
Precise Lighting seeks a discreet, organized Executive Assistant (HR) to support HR operations and senior leadership. Duties: maintain employee records, update leave/HRIS, prepare HR letters/reports, manage recruitment/onboarding, schedule interviews, coordinate inductions, manage calendars/travel, draft communications, take minutes, assist performance reviews, handle basic employee queries. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 2+ years HR or executive support, strong MS Office and HRIS skills, excellent communication, high discretion. Full-time. Salary: ₦180,00–₦200,00/month.
