Job Description
Become a part of our Customer Success team at preeco GmbH! In this role, you will connect with customers through email, chat, phone, or video conferences. Your strong communication skills will help ensure a satisfying experience with our applications.
Fluency in German is essential, while English proficiency is a plus. Experience in Customer Success or Support is a bonus, but not required.
Location: Ulm, Cologne, or anywhere in Europe
Salary: €35K-€40K based on qualifications/experience.
